Engaged in research, planning, and self-reflection since his student days, the founder of this project and MA in English language, Armin Šuvalić, had envisioned and desired that his thorough and expert knowledge of foreign languages would serve as the primary tool for contributing to society.
This became reality. Of course, as with all good things, it requires time. After nearly a decade of working in the private sector, where translation was considered a “relaxation job,” the concept and idea of the agency came to life in October 2023. TQI (Translation Quality Index) involves checking at the final stages of translation. This check encompasses all the mentioned aspects: typographical errors, non-compliance with instructions and prescribed standards, terminology, etc. All errors are categorized into four types: preferential, negligible, serious, or critical. A special form records the total number of errors from which a translation quality value is calculated. This value can range from 0 (lowest – unacceptable translation) to 100 (highest – perfect translation).
Back translation is a verification technique where the translated text is re-translated into its original language by someone who did not perform the initial translation. This eliminates ambiguities, uncertainties, etc. By comparing the two translations, any errors and inconsistencies are addressed. This technique also serves as an aesthetic and final refinement of the translation, which is ultimately delivered to the client.

If it concerns written translation or services of proofreading, billing is done per page of text (1,800 characters with spaces). For interpretation, billing is done per hour, and the services of a certified court interpreter are charged according to the Regulation on Certified Court Interpreters.

You can pay for our services in cash or by bank transfer. The payment method is defined in the process of sending the offer. In cases of urgent translation or especially demanding documents, an increased translation price of up to 50% may apply.
Medical document translation works the same way as all other translations, but the time frame depends on the extent and complexity of the documentation. Additionally, these translations may be exempt from special charges in emergency situations, and in exceptional cases, they may be completely exempt from charges.
